I must disagree.
It is not the monay is lacking. You really want donor funds you can get them.
I don't think this is the point. I still maintain that none of these proposals are
going to solve the problem. They will pump millions into African capitals so
that the few affluent technocrats in the capitals will have a new toy and once
the funding runs out these things wil go the way of the ICU in Ile-Ife.
Or as my wife said the other day when we discussed this: "What's the problem?
once the money is gone, we just get on the knees again and beg for the mone
somewhere elese."
