Yaba is not playing a front line role at all. They have a PC with uuPC and are
dialled by RINAF to huge expense. They are sitting on the information and
refuse to link to other systems, blaming it on bad phone lines but they are
faxing the messages to the very same recipients.
 
There is nothing going on really from their own initiative. Until they get
their act together and join a common effort one should not sink any more
money there. It is such a big country that there will be beough subscribers
to make it financially viable. You can get 2000 cps effective out of batched
gzipped taylor 'i' which can be translated into $/KB fairly easily.
 
And, is now really the time to think about helping Nigeria?
