John Redwood has never been Prime Minister of anything, nor does Wales
have a Prime Minister, it can't - it's not its own country, but rather part
of the 'United Kingdom' of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland,
of which there is only one Prime Minister. John Redwood, before he challenged
John Major for this Prime Ministership, was 'Secretary of State for
Wales' or some such title, but he lost that position after losing the
leadership challenge. Hope this is still useful.

Mark Handley.
