Angela... I am doing something about it. Four lawsuits pending. That is the
only way people out here listen. Funny, that the ones who do the large amount
of discrimination against myself, are the same ones with your attitude.
Everyone missed my point entirely. Why don't you all go back to the original
statement and figure out what I meant. The way everyone has responded to me
is completely absurd, and the reasoning might be your own personal
inadequacies. Out here blacks are not forbidden to attend higher education!
It is the contrary, they are given easier acceptance qualifications. People
with disabilities are receiving that discrimination, and nothing is being
done about it, because everyone doesn't want to admit the problem exists. My
initial comment meant something innocently inquiring to why the Irish didn't
go through gangs and the like and blame it on the disaster taken in 1845?
That is what the excuse seems to be today out here in LA.. This is what I
know, and this is what I have to go on. Why doesn't everyone stop with the
ultra sensativity and overlook a few things with a benefit of the doubt. I am
not a racist, and shouldn't have to apologize to all for feelings and
questions in my mind in which I express. As I read all these posts, I see a
bit of apology and bit of patronizing as people try to express their beliefs
in a masqueraded way that won't upset Lachlen and Monica and people making
accusations, in which are in itself are discriminatory.
I am really getting a wake up call on the Irish boards! Perhaps, I would be
better off not seeking ties with my heritage, if this is the reaction I get.
Angered and annoyed,
