I'm sorry to say that I do not have a lot of information for you. What you
are doing however sounds extremely interesting ! The only name I have is a
surname of Trevelyan. It is a common name I am told. It originated in
Cornwall. I read in a book of surnames that say it is Celtic. It means '
the place of the mill ' The only reason I knew this one is that it extremely
closely connected with my family ! There are so many different spellings for
it now; Trovillion, Travillian Trovillian, Trevillion etc...... If you
could when you have time I wouldn't mind seeing a list of the names you have.
Only if you have time, being a student I'm sure that is not very often.
