My name is Hewitt Chizyuka. Iam originally from Zambia but iam currently
in the United States. I work with a couple of people who are very
actively interested in distance learning issues. One of them works for
the US department of Defense schools that are trying to do stuff on-line.
 
The reason iam writing is because i would like to have a copy of the
paper you presented at the Johannesburg conference, and any other
distance learning materials that may have come out of either that
conference or other forms you have been involved in. I hope i have not
asked for too much, i will be happy with whatever you think you can make
