I am C.J. Bell President of International Agriculture Advisory
Corp. . We are interested in expanding computer resources in the field of
Agriculture for developing nations. We have allocated money to different
Ministries to help accomplish this.
        Secondly as a project we are trying to develop a net to put all
the African Boy Scout and Guide offices on line. This would allow them
to talk to other organizations within scouting and guiding to get funds
for their special projects within there countries.
        In this office your responses are read by our Development
specialist to decide what we can help with if it will fall within our
agenda.
