Thanks to Sea/n V. Kelley, we now have a new version of IGPENPAL TYIG,
which is a list of people seeking penpals to whom they can write in
Irish Gaelic, and people offering to act as penpals to learners. It's
very easy to access this file. All you need do is send a MAIL or TELL

line (do not add any other text, as you will be talking to a machine):
