It's not as simple as that, since at the Washington DC Irish Festival
this year I heard James Kelly (who I would characterize as a musician's
musician if anyone is) talk about having to do a certain amount of that
when he performs (in sessions he prefers to play much slower). I that
it's more a question of degree.
