I must disagree. Unless I read a quoted reply of whatever you're
replying to, I can't make sense of your reply. So then I'd have to
go back through previous email and look for the original. Much more
expensive than scrolling through _brief_ quoted replies. I do
suggest editing quoted replies severly, keeping sigs very short, etc.
