I don't know about Ceallsach, but there is a St.CEALLACH or Celsus in
the calendar; feast day April 7th.
The Annals of the Four Masters tells us he was Archbishop of Armagh
who was largely responsible for building the cathedral there.
However, he died in 1129, so seems to be rather too late (and the
wrong sex!)
 
Lots of the early Celtic 'holy people' were never formally canonised
and don't appear on the Roman calendar, especially where their cult
was only local.
