Nono, Pat. My Irish friends here cooked it like corned beef - or New England
boiled dinner... or nearly like that. (I don't remember if there was cabbage
or not.) What's more .. it was really good!!!
Do you suppose that New England boiled dinner resulted from the Irish
immigration??? (this has to be my dumbest question of the day. :)
