In Ireland, in Gaelic, your last name is spelled O'Se ..
The Iveragh Peninsula, the Ring of Kerry car drive, is one of three
peninulas in the southwest corner of Ireland, Dingle and Iveragh
are entirely in Kerry, the Beara peninsula is split between Cork
There is a National Genealogical Society in Dublin on Kildare Street
next to the Nat'l Library and Museum, you should try writing there.
