Before we do that, just in case there's some quiet person out there who
might be interested in making a haggis, I found a real recipe in a wonderful
book of Scottish cooking, called *A Feast of Scotland* by Janet Warren
(very little is fried in this book.) Let me know if you're interested in
it, and I'll send it along. BTW, it also includes recipes for Cock-a-Leekie,
Colcannon, Rumblethumps, Cloutie Dumpling, Typsy Laird, Athol Brose, etc.
(nice names, huh?)
