Thank you, those maps are fascinating.  But the Cuig Cuigi Eireann map seems to lack a key to the numbered areas.  And, although I don't mean to be pedantic, the correct title of Toibin's book seems to be "Cuig Cuigi Eireann - Tireolas Duchais Na Gaeilge", not "... na hÉireann".
