It doesn't refer to the Yellow Book of Lecan, which is abbreviated Lbl. in the Onomasticon. Here's a quote from the list of abbreviations:
Leabhar Buidhe Lecan, by Mac Firbisigh in 1391, named Buidhe Leacain in Lbl., p. 6.
Book of Lecan, in Ormond, c. Tipperary, so called by M. Kearney in 1635; v. Kilkenny Journal of Archaeol., ii. 379."
The Book of Lecan is in the Royal Irish Academy collection on ISOS. Page 99 looks like a list of names. Liz
