LECTURESHIP IN CELTIC HISTORY
The Department of Anglo-Saxon, Norse, and Celtic, University of
Cambridge, wishes to appoint to a part-time (50%) University
Lectureship in Celtic History of the medieval period, from 1 January
2016 (or as soon as possible thereafter) to 30 September 2018.
The closing date for applications is Wednesday 11th November 2015.
The appointee will be expected to have a good first degree and a
doctorate in a relevant subject area and possess the ability to work
as part of a team. He/she will also be expected to demonstrate
evidence of ability to engage in high-level research, with
publications and participation in scholarly activity commensurate
stage of career, and to teach effectively at all relevant levels. The
appointee should also be able to teach in related fields and play an
effective role in the life and work of the Department as a whole,
including academic administration.
