didiu' = indeed, 'ann' = then, 'in' before name 'the same' :
"Indeed, the same Mumain ( / Mugain) [was] then pregnant with Áed Sláine."
(I have trouble getting my head round 'for' as the appropriate preposition
here. I'm not doubting it, just can't think how to translate its sense in
my mind. I make sense of English 'with Áed' by analogy to 'filled with'.
But 'pregnant on'? Maybe I could make a parallel with 'high on drugs'?)
