Yes, there's a fair amount of writing over earlier stuff going on
here, this part of the MS is a palimpsest. Constructions like "áes
ata ferr" and "XY atá espoc lend" do not look particularly old, they
are more Middle or even Modern Irish. Having said that, the spelling
does not look like MOdern Irish,
