I think it is a wrong name : an Irish tune with a Scottish name. A reseach
on the abc research site does know this tune and "The Session" gives for
this name "79th ..." a Scottish march tune composed by Pipe Major John
MacDonald in 1848 ; idem on the net.
Who of you does know this tune and what is its right name ? Is it a
traditional tune or a new composition ?
Thanks very much for your help.
Best regards from Brittany,
