The time has come around again to select new text(s) for study on
<[log in to unmask]>.
It might be a good idea — if some member(s) can spare the time and
muster up the inclination — to scan the online archives of
<[log in to unmask]> and compile a list of all texts studied
to date and those others suggested for study.
It would be great to see such an index of texts presented:
(a) in alphabetical order, by their best-known titles in Irish and English;
(b) in order of date of composition, as determined/speculated to date.
The work of providing a first draft of the tasks described under (a) and
(b) above is one which might very well suit a keen young student of Old
Irish and so encourage another generation to participate in the
important work reflected in our archives (mol an óige agus tiocfaidh sí).
