ba marb = was dead
iarom = thereafter, then
iar tain = afterwards (lit. after a time)
oc Traig Bali = at the Shore of Baile (cf. Yeats "On Baile's Strand")
& nibá ferdi (leg. ferrde) = and was not the better of it
trebad Fergusa = the plowing / husbandry / residence of Fergus
ón = that (thing just mentioned)
Later on Flidais died on Baile's Strand and Fergus's domain was none
the better of it.
