In order to maximise network stability and ensure a trouble-free Christmas
/ New Year's period for our customers and our NOC, a network change freeze
is proposed for between 17:00 Thursday 16th December 2010 until 09:00
Tuesday 4th Jan 2011.
HEAnet's offices will be open as normal until 17:30 on Thursday 23rd
December and 24/7 cover will be available, with standard restrictions,
until 09:00 on Tuesday 4th December.
During this time, no scheduled maintenance will be allowed to occur on
network elements. Corrective actions and emergency maintenance will, of
course, still be allowed should the need arise.
