Hard to say. There are five parallel lines ending in a straight
horizontal line, and beneath it the letters "co" and directly beneath
them "ua". Directly to the right of this figure there are two walking
birds, the upper one with clearly drawn bird feet. Yet in the upper
right, above the "ingeanraid" there is another label identifying that
quadrant as the bird quarters: "andseo do badar enlaith na hairce".
The figure above that label is flat-out weird: what look like eyes,
nose and mouth/beard; rounded-cone-like protruberance on top of the
head, a bulbous body that exactly mirrors the size and shape of the
head, no arms, and extensions from the bottom of the bulb-body that
might just be a tail and a leg.
The whole illustration comes off as a schoolboy doodle.
