HEAnet have added full equipment/path/power resilience to An Cheim's
infrastructure, we now need to make the configuration live on the An Cheim
LAN facing side and to HEAnet's core.
There should be no outages, but due to the complexity of the routing
configuration, with prefix redistribution from both Smart and Eircom,
along with first hop redundancy protocol modification, HEAnet prefer to do
this work on Sunday, as some IoTs have exams on Saturday.
