I'm not qualified to reply to your question, I don't hear this
discussion happening and as of chat on the train with a senior PwC
insurance/banking man I doubt they understand the issues.
I think some time needs to go by whilst events take shape, what they
are is just a feeling and therefore little this conversation can handle.
