No connectivity to or from NCAD.
20090825 14:56 BN Confirmed that there was power in NCAD. Have raised
ticket with BT as P1 fault, ref 1-671825020.
20090825 15:26 BN Link restored at 14:59. Call still open with BT to
check reason for outage and confirm it will not recur.
20090825 16:05 BN BT have reported that one of the cards in their network
blocked traffic at his time, causing the outage. They are not entirely
sure why this happened but they are investigating. This ticket will be
kept open for monitoring.
20090826 10:36 BN Further outages/packet loss occurred yesterday evening
between 18:29 and 19:29. BT have informed us that this is due to a larger
problem on their backbone network that they are working to resolve.
Further outages are possible due to this work.
20090826 12:55 BN Link has dropped again since 12:45.
20090827 09:29 BN BT report that the faulty card has been identified and
replaced. Issue should be resolved, but ticket will be kept open for
twenty-four hours for monitoring.
