20090819 14:17 KD Complete Telecomes who supply the link had hardware
issue, but the failover failed to kick in. Has been manually activiated now
and they are investigating why the line protection failed.

20090819 14:57 KD Connection has gone down again. Contacted engineer from
Complete and they're looking into it.
20090819 15:21 KD Line brought back up but experiecing large amounts of
packet loss. Complete working to resolve issue.
20090819 15:23 KD Packet loss issues have been resolved. Will continue to
monitor connection for 24 hours.
