report to COLT Telecom. Ticket #242107.
20090405 10:44 DW COLT request access to the sites at each end. Have
provisionally scheduled this for tomorrow, and will attempt to arrange for
20090405 15:27 DW Service restored at 14:20. Will follow up tomorrow.
20090407 10:43 JB - Circuit is stable, but COLT require access to reset
the management system of their equipment in the HEA building. This is low
risk and should not affect connectivity. I have recommended that they do
this at lunchtime at any day this week except Tuesday as we have a network
freeze in effect. COLT to confirm the time/date of the work.
