Dear Czeslaw (wow! this is probably the most difficult forename I ever had to type in),
Two weeks ago I had a meeting with two social scientists that were very jealous at the hard sciences because many scientist in those fieds actually understood Heisenberg while (a) most social scientists even hadn't noticed his existance after 70+ years and (b) the ones that did didn't show much understanding (abuse/misuse).
Now back to emergence. Am I completely wrong when I say that I have the feeling that in the VSM the LANGUAGE of a higher nested level is (or should be) an emergent property of the interactions between the systems of the lower level?
So level X-1 has systems, properties, language, people etc that interact and out of this interaction emerges a language on a meta level that can be used on level X (1 level up) as a management language.
