Seemingly due to an issue with the external phoneline to HEAnet any attempt
to call the office from a mobile phone (any network) fails. Calls from
landlines work as expected. Calls outbound from the office are
Mobile calls to the NOC can be made to 0872590161.
No ability to make mobile phone calls inbound to HEAnet.
20080807 09:37 BN Tested line with new VoIP system and old digital system.
No change. Contacted UPC and raised issue.
20080807 10:12 BN UPC have reported that this is a wider issue and HEAnet
are not the only affected party. They are working on the issue and hope
to have it resolved shortly.
