Migrating DCU to new IP network and establishing two new BGP peerings with
cr2-cwt and cr2-kp.
On Monday 25/08/08 we will be bringing up the newly connected interfaces
and establishing BGP peerings. Their current default routes will continue
to be preferred and no traffic should be affected, if no issues are
experienced we will leave this configuration in place until Wednesday
(27/08/08) morning at which time we will start preferring the new routes
learned via BGP.
There should be no effects when the new interfaces are unshut and the BGP
peerings are established, however we have scheduled an hour "at-risk"
