IT Carlow are currently unreachable.
No connectivity to and from IT Carlow. An Cheim traffic should be backing
up via alternate routes.
20080525 12:35 DW Investigation shows that the layer 2 switch on site is
operating, and the interface facing the client router is up, but the
client router does not seem to be responding to IP. Attempting to reach
site contact and Lancomms.
20080525 13:42 DW Lancomms report that other equipment they monitor on
site is still apparently offline, so suspect that the power problem is
continuing. Further investigation will require site access - awaiting
callback from customer.
20080526 10:00 BN Power has been restored to IT Carlow, however the HEAnet
7206 router has not come back online, so connectivity has not been
restored. The issue appears to be linked to a faulty flashcard on the
router. A P1 fault has been raised with LanComms for this issue and a new
card will be dispatched.
