Fault on Videoconferencing ISDN Gateway
ISDN Videoconferencing calls from Eircom and Vodafone network
20080327 16:31 OMG Florence from the Mater called JH to say that she was
having problems reaching the ISDN gateway for videoconferencing. Further
troubleshooting has revealed that this problem only occurs when dialling
from Eircom and Vodafone networks (and works when dialling from NTL,
Magnet and O2). Reported the fault to BT who have issued ticket ref#
20080328 17:16 OMG BT called back to say that they had tested the line
from various handsets and it was working now. They didn't perform the
alarm check as requested, so JH rang back asking them to see if there were
any errors on the line yesterday at the time the fault was reported.
20080331 16:11 BMA BT called to say the circuit appeared okay on their
side, and wished to close off the ticket.
