Migration of ICHEC current connections to HEAnet to new IP
equipment in Citywest and Kilcarbery.
Service interruption is expected, BGP sessions need to be reset and
will be done gradually. A side effect of this migration is asymmetrical
routing while convergence takes place. Total outage should be no more than
4-5 mins. Scheduling a 30 minute Window.

20080327 10:22 COC ICHEC have confirmed that this can go ahead as planned
20080402 13:16 COC Removing ICHEC backup link in order to recreate it as a
vlan. ICHEC have confirmed this can be done
20080403 08:18 COC Backup link removed and recreated. Pre-Migration setup
completed. Rescheduling migration due to possible MTU error.
ICHEC migration will now be carried out on the 9th of April between 08:00
