look into it for alarms or otherwise and call back.
20080401 21:06 GAR Call back from BT. Eircom can see the circuit as down
but wish to verify power at the B-end. Power to the building appears okay,
but was unable to contact the IT contact or someone who could check the CPE
Left a voicemail for the technical contact to verify the CPE in the
Parking ticket and will resume fault-finding in the morning.
20080402 10:16 LT All of the Crumlin VEC technicians are at an off-site
conference today and won't be back in the office until tomorrow. They will
check the local hardware then, but in the meantime it appears that there is
currently power to the site (but it is not clear whether there is power to
the local router) but the line remains down.
20080402 10:59 LT BT rang to check on the status of power to the NTU at
Crumlin VEC. Advised them that it will be tomorrow before this can be
checked. They will suspend the ticket for the moment and follow up
20080402 17:21 LT Received a call from Debbie in Crumlin VEC. She had a
look at the equipment and believes that there is power to both the NTU and
the router. I have updated BT with this info and they will investigate.
