'téit' is 3rd singular present indicative.
I suspect 'fácaid' is a later 3rd singular present form of 'fo·ácaib' (leaves)
although I couldn't find it in the dictionary. I do see 'fácaib' at DIL F 176.30.
I would say:
'Close the house,' said Conall to Bélchú. He goes ahead and leaves the house
