Certainly. The text is online at CELT
http://www.ucc.ie/celt/published/G301031/index.html ] so I'll not post the
whole thing here. I'll follow the sections that CELT have helpfully broken
it up into. Section 1:
A m-bátar Ulid i n-Emuin, co n-acatar Fer (eqen caill) doib dar Mag n-Emna.
(Con-diacht) Bláithini ingin Conchobuir, co-n-da-bert dia daim. No-s-car si
ind ammait & in corrguinech Cú Roi mac Dáiri. Ba h-é Echde Echbél do-géni
in sin & nach fitir nech d'Ultib inge Cú Roi nammá.
The first sentence:
> A m-bátar Ulid i n-Emuin, co n-acatar Fer (eqen caill) doib dar Mag
Seems like a fairly straightforward sentence, with the exception of 'Fer
(eqen caill)'. I'm not sure why 'eqen caill' is in brackets - perhaps it's
an unclear reading from the manuscript - but 'Fir Ecen Caill' seems to be
the name of an ethnic group. Anyone like to make an attempt?
