Problem Description:
Circuits to VEC Killester and VEC Liberties dropped within 30s of each
other.


Confirmed with Killester that there is power available on site and that
the CPE is running.

Problem Effects:
No connectivity to VEC Killester or VEC Liberties.

Problem History:
20080219 10:33 GAR Opened ticket to track. Raised to BT NOC to see if they
are seeing a problem.

20080219 10:40 GAR Raised to BT as fault ref: 1-561339301.

20080219 12:44 GAR Connectivity restored.

Eircom have a network problem at the moment, which they say HEAN0115 was
caused by. No reason given for problem or restoration of the second
circuit, HEAN0114.

BT/Eircom will continue to monitor these circuits for further flaps for 2
hours.

20080219 15:43 GAR No further problems occurred. Reasons given for outage
from Eircom (via BT) are:
HEAN0114 (to Killester): A network fault occurred which was finally fully
repaired at 13:50 today.
HEAN0115 (to Liberties): A problem on a trunk link required that the link
be reset. This was done restoring service.
