20080212 10:05 BB Killester VEC report that they are on mid-term break. IT
staff will return next week.
20080212 13:00 - Connectivity to Killester was restored at 12:16 when the
customer router was powered on. Connectivity was again lost at 12:58.
20080218 09:40 RG Brid phoned to say they still had no internet
connectivity. MRTG shows link as being up since last Tuesday but with a
small amount of traffic (our ping tests, most likely). Logged into
cpe1-killester without any problems. Brid suspected an issue with their
20080218 12:40 GAR Saw CPE router reboot. This is most likely due to a
local power cycle as they're trying to restore connectivity. Called and
left a message.
