Due to a bug in the Tandberg software. The national gatekeeper is not
routing calls between a unit register with the gatekeeper and units not
registered with teh gatekeeper.

20070123 16:40 JH Diacom are trying to get a new version of the Gatekeeper
software to solve teh problem. This should be available tomorrow. A work
around is to set call management on the registered unit to "direct" this
will bypass the gatekeeper.
20070124 16:27 JH Diacom upgraded the software on the gatekeeper this
morning. This did not solve the problem and it has been escalated to
20070214 12:24 JH Tests involving the Polycom MCU, Tandberg Gateway and a
Codian MCU have shown the problem is with the Polycom MCU. A Polycom
engineer is onsite today to get a packet capture on the traffic between
the MCU and the Gateway.
20070228 16:16 JH Switching off "Custom Video Formats" on the Tandberg
Gateway seems to have solved the main problem. A different of the number
millisecond of audio in the G711 patches (40 instead of 30) maybe the
reason for other dropped calls.
20080108 11:40 JH The Codian MCU installed in December is handling all VC
meeting. Issue is no longer a problem. Closing ticket
