The HEAnet office router (cpe1-heanet) requires an IOS upgrade. The router
will be upgraded from 12.2(35)SE1 to 12.2(40)SE.
There will be a ~10 minute outage to connectivity to the HEAnet offices
during the 30 minute window. No traffic will flow to or from the offices
during this time.
