gach uile bheannacht "every blessing" -- this would be fairly standard
language assuming this is some sort of toast?
And do you know this one?
Sláinte agus saol agat,
bean ar do mhian agat,
leanbh gach bliain agat
talamh gan chíos agat

Health and long life to you
A wife to your liking
A child every year
Land without rent to pay
from this year onwards.
