For those attending this years IIUG conference in Sligo and staying in the Clarion hotel: It has recently been advised to us that there is a facility for your individual colleges to get invoiced in advance (rather than paying individually by credit card and then claiming back on your return, as is usually the case). You just need to complete and send a credit agreement onto the hotel and quote a purchase order number. For those interested please contact me at [log in to unmask] and I will forward one on to you.
Also in regard to the hotel just to let you know:
The hotel accepts Laser in addition to credit cards.
The conference rate is not available online and should be mentioned at the time of booking.
If room service will be required please also mention this at the time of booking, as not all rooms in the hotel are suitably located for this option.
Thanks and please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries etc. in relation the conference. Also if you could get your registrations in asap we would appreciate it - these are available on our website at http://www.millennium-users.org/
We look forward to seeing you in Sligo!
