IT Tallaght's access link to ITNet is continiously flapping, resulting in
loss of connectivity.
Currently Eircom, as provider of the link, is working towards resolve the
problem but there is not an estimated time to fix.
IT Tallaght is using a backup connection to ITNet but this does not catter
for Internet access.
