text/plain (11 lines)

The text:
>> 99] Ro gab echlaisc di conda fargaib ina tig.

Considering comments by Michele, Mona, David, and Dennis,
 I get this translation:

He took a horsewhip to her so that he left her in her house.

It could also be 'his' house. The context of the story will hopefully
tell us which. Liz
