20060220 17:41 DW Contacted client, who advised of no prior work; our
equipment in the digital depot indicates that the RIFTFS connecting device
is down. RIFTFS are contacting their support partners to investigate.
20060221 10:10 DW Cable reseated which brought the physical interface back
up, but the remote system still isn't responding. RIFTFS support partners
continuing to investigate.
20060222 16:59 DW RIFTFS report that there was a secondary fault caused by
power failure, which prevented the remote system coming back correctly. Now
repaired, and connection is stable. Closing ticket.
