I donít use html, at least not usually. It might be that I occasionally
forget to turn it off if I receive a message in html when replying to
it, but even then I don't use any background colors. What actually
surprises me is that, while you receive the digest with a set blue
background, I didn't receive any individual message with a set blue
background. As I haven't switched off formatted display of mails, I
would have expected that I would have received at least one mail with a
blue background myself, but I actually didn't. Mysterious.
All the best,

Subject: No colors please!
Someone who wrote to Celtic-L on the 25th or 26th wrote in a colored
background (navy this time) that completely messes up the digest form of
the list, which some of us get.† (It seems that only me, Vicki Shaw,
Ray, and Stephanie Steely wrote in this time period, but maybe I am
missing someone).† Doing this inserts feet of code between each message
in the digest and makes it all but unreadable.
Could whoever is using the pretty blue backgrounds in his/her e-mail
kindly turn that feature off and use plain text when writing to
Diolch yn fawr!
