I think just once so far, in Para. 6 of MS (a):

"A comuitecht do s*luaig-si"  = hi comaitecht...

An instance of "i fecht-sa" from the MI "Aislinge Meic Con Glinne":

"Indis in t-aislingi dún i fecht-sa."
