During routine upgrades on an access router in Dublin (Brooklawn House),
the router rebooted.
All traffic to/from specified clients connected to the Dublin POP.

20040128 09:18 BB During the maintenance, mantova rebooted. Upon reboot,
it was using its secondary RSP. However, the full config did not appear on
this RSP. Loaded the full config from tftp, and the circuits became stable
again. Logging fault with router support.

There is a bug that can cause a crash when modifying policy maps and this
would be relevant to the IOS level running on these supervisors. Can you
confirm the order of commands when the policy-map was changed this

"This crash is seen on modifying policy-maps. It has to do with timing of
events. So does not happen always. One way to avoid the crash is, instead
of modifying the policy, Remove the policy, recreate the policy with
modifications and attach it to interfaces"
